Working Families Beer Cheese Dip

Congress worked hard last night!  In a rare burst of bipartisanship they passed legislation extending the payroll tax cut and renewed long-term jobless benefits.

Working Families Beer Cheese Dip

24 servings, 2 Tbsp. each

Fast and easy for a family on the move.  Velveeta puts a smile on everyone's face at the game, before dinner, or after a long day!

1 lb. pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed

½ cup beer

1 canned chipotle chili in adobo sauce, minced

Add ingredients to large microwave safe bowl. 

Microwave on HIGH 5 min., stirring once halfway through microwave cooking time. 

Serve with pretzels or tortilla chips.

Tips:

To keep this dip warm, serve in a small (1 or 2 qt.) slow cooker.

Use gloves when mincing chipotle chili.  
For spicier dip, use two chipotle chilies.
