FAT LADY SINGS Grilled Chicken Wings

No more grilling from the pundits.  Time for some yummy grilled wings.  Peace be with you, Newtie!

1 cup buttermilk
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. curry powder
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
1-1/2 tsp. ground coriander
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilanto
1 tsp. salt
3 lb. chicken wings (12-15 wings)

Mix all ingredients except chicken in medium bowl until well blended. Reserve 1/3 cup marinade; refrigerate. Add chicken to remaining marinade in bowl; toss to coat. Cover. Refrigerate 1 hour or overnight to marinate.
Preheat greased grill to medium heat. Grill chicken 15 to 20 min. or until cooked through, turning frequently, brushing with reserved marinade during last 5 minutes of grilling.
