Buckeye Victory Bars

All of the GOP candidates have their eye on the prize...OHIO!

Buckeye Victory Bars
Makes 30 servings

This simple dessert is a winner!

1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 c. butter, softened
1 c. peanut butter
2 cups powdered sugar
4 oz. milk chocolate, broken into pieces
1 cup frozen whipped topping

Combine first four ingredients in large bowl; mix well. Press into foil lined 9 x 13-inch pan.

Microwave whipped topping and chocolate in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min.; stir. Microwave 15 to 30 sec. or until chocolate is melted; stir until well blended. Spread over peanut butter layer.

Refrigerate 2 hours. Use foil handles to lift dessert from pan before cutting to serve.

Note:
An 8 oz. tub of whipped topping is equal to 3 cups.  To measure 1 cup, place frozen whipped topping on cutting board.  Divide into 3 sections using sharp knife (think of a peace sign).  Place remaining whipped topping in plastic tub and store in freezer until ready to use.
