Summer Games Peach Melba Smoothie
Makes 4 servings


You don't have to be an Olympic athlete to appreciate the refreshment and health benefits of this simple-to-prepare smoothie.


2 cups frozen peaches
1 cup frozen blueberries
2 cups soy milk 
1 container (6 oz.) Peach flavor Greek yogurt
2 Tbsp. flax seeds
1 Tbsp. sugar


Place all ingredients in blender; blend until smooth.

Tip:
Substitute frozen raspberries for frozen blueberries.
